Imagine yourself sitting alone in the middle of your business and the clock just struck four. You’ve had a rough week and haven’t been able to generate any revenue for your business, your employees, and your family.

Two hours prior, you let your two employees go home early since there wasn’t anything to do. Now you’re sitting there, tapping your finger on your desk, your head looking down between your legs.

“Ding, ding!” You leap out of your chair when you hear that bell ringing. Oh wait, that was just the ice cream truck passing by.

So you sit back down and watch a bit of TV, check your email, Facebook – trying to figure something out. You keep scrolling through your newsfeed and you keep seeing all these “sponsored ads” and think it’s all a scam. Everything on the Internet is a scam anyway, right?

Now it’s 4:50 pm and not one soul has called your business or come in through the front door to buy your services or product.

You then say to yourself quietly, “Even if I had just one lead today… one potential customer to work with… just that one opportunity is all I need”

The clock strikes five and it’s time to go home. It suddenly hits you square in the face that you have to come back the following morning. You wish it could be better. You’ve seen all these success stories of other businesses going from broke to scaling – and you believe yours can too.

You know it can change… but how? How can you make it better? How can you make it change? And most importantly, how soon?

This isn’t what entrepreneurship and owning a business is all about, right? Living the business dream isn’t about sitting around while everything you’ve built from the ground up slowly fades away.

You wake up the next morning and your wife has to drag you out of bed. She says if you don’t get any money in the business is going to have to shut down. But if that happens you’ll have to get a 9-to-5 job. That’s the LAST thing that you want to do… work for the “bigger man”.

You get up, get some coffee, and head out to the office. As you’re pulling up there’s a pink piece of paper on the window. You start thinking to yourself that the morning could not get any worse.

You get out of the car, place the keys in your pocket, and pace towards the front door. You notice the pink paper is actually a “30 Day Vacate” notice plastered there by the landlord because you haven’t paid your rent in 60 days.

Your heart starts to race. Sweat begins to pour down your face. All you can think about is how… how can you turn this around? How can I start getting more customers into my business?

You envisioned your small business being successful when you first opened the doors. Everything starts off great with lots of new customers who would become like friends and family.

But over a period of time, those customers started dwindling away. What are you going to do now? Sit back and wait for your doors to close permanently? HECK NO!

Today is going to be different. You’re going to find a way to make it work no matter what. You browse your favorite Facebook Group – “Entrepreneur Hustle” - and you notice this guy posting all types of successful case studies of local business clients that he’s been running campaigns for.

You lift up your chin and think to yourself, “This can be my case study!” It hits you like a semi truck. BOOM! You’re going to learn how to run Facebook Ads!

You see,  Facebook Ads have been revolutionizing the way local businesses generate customers without spending a ton of money on marketing.

Gone are the days where you have to spend thousands of dollars on a costly TV ad, 30-second radio commercial, newspaper insert, or direct marketing by sending flyers door to door.

Gone are the days of having a huge billboard where you can’t change the message once it’s up. Besides, who wants to spread the message so broadly that you don’t really connect with anyone? That’s not the way to target your ideal customer.

Welcome to 2017, where you can define the exact customer that is going to see your message! You can target people by their age, gender, income, what they like, what music they listen to, and thousands of more options. You can display your ad in front of your perfect customer by using Facebook Ads.

Take Jeremy, the owner of a martial arts school who went from almost shutting down his school to tripling his revenue in four months. Jeremy was living the American dream of owning a business.

He started teaching kids in his garage until he was at full capacity. He had to find a business location to continue growing. What Jeremy didn’t consider was how was he going to pay for the additional overhead AND continue bringing in new students.

Two years went by and Jeremy was on the verge of having to shut it all down. His entire dream of owning a martial arts school was about to be disrupted by his inability to generate new customers quickly enough.

Then he learned Facebook Ads. Jeremy learned how to use Facebook Ads so effectively that he was able to grow his business and is now teaching fifty other martial artists how to do the same for their businesses.

“But I don’t own a brick & mortar business,” you might be saying, “so Facebook Ads won’t work for me.” Well then, let’s take a look at Sam’s story…

Sam was a consultant for Chiropractors for over 15 years. He consulted with them on how to follow up with their leads, how to add additional backend-services for increased revenue, and how to properly run a business.

Most business owners don’t actually know how to run a business. They start a business because of their passion but that’s all they know. They need help from people like Sam.

Sam had been recognized as an expert for a long time among Chiropractors. But then he found the magic potion that would blow up his business. That magic potion was Facebook Ads.

Sam learned how to run Facebook Ads to generate more customers for his existing clients. He introduced the concept to a few of his clients as a trial and immediately saw the benefits - both for his clients and his own business as a digital marketing agency.

Sam is now charging his clients $1,500-$2,000 per month to run Facebook Ads and generate more customers. He’s been able to scale to $30,000/mo of residual income inside of 60 days.

He’s also in a position to 10X his business within the next four months thanks to influencers he’s been able to connect to in his niche.

There has never been a time in history when direct marketing advertising has been so cost effective that anyone can start by spending just $5 a day.

Imagine putting up an ad and only having to spend $50-$100 to figure out whether you should continue running the campaign or switch it up. You can’t do that with TV, radio, newspaper, billboards, or any other traditional marketing methods.

The engagement that you get from Facebook Ads is an entirely different article. The ads that run to thousands of people in your vicinity, 24/7, allowing people to comment, message and engage with your business.

The question that we must ask ourselves is this: “By the time I decide to give Facebook Ads a try, will it be too late for my business?”
