It takes a lot of hard work to become a funnel expert. Good thing it’s one of the coolest jobs to have right now. To get to the level where you can compete with the best builders you have to work your self-employed A off! It’s what we’ve done over here at Hardcore Closer, gotten very prolific because we’ve put in the time and the practice. When you do that, you develop a reputation. The clients start streaming in.

Then it happens. Everyone’s funnel is up and running, but the next thing you know their funnels seem to have every complication on the planet. So, what do you do?

Most funnel experts I know spend a majority of their time troubleshooting the issues as if they’re tech support. They got into the business of creating funnels to have some financial freedom and work their own hours, yet they end up being a slave to their desk, phone, and computer like some tech support rep from a third world country. That's not why they chose to learn funnels.

In this article, I’ll tell you how you can leverage your time properly with your clients, and how to use your ClickFunnels expertise to your advantage, so that you're not out there, like so many funnel experts are, struggling to get free time, struggling to breathe, struggling to experience next-level living because you're stuck on your current level, supporting your clients.

This is how you solve your funnel problems. Schedule a certain time block every single day, or however many days you like per week, where you support clients. Each Monday, I spend from 10:00 to noon and every Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning, supporting my clients. During the week, if somebody has a technical problem or they need a funnel looked at, or a link's broken, or something's not working right, I don't stop everything I'm doing and live a reactive life. What I do instead, is get proactive. I've set up time so if they hit me up on a Friday, the next time they can get in touch with me to get that tech support is obviously on Monday.

I drive everybody to that two-hour period on Monday, and usually what happens is four or five people show up, and while I'm showing the first person what's wrong with their funnel and supporting them, quite frequently the other people on the call, or webinar, are the ones with the same problem. This means I can solve multiple problems at once just by fixing the first one.

There’s another advantage to this method. I want to make sure my clients don't feel like I'm that easy to access because here's what I do know. Clients will abuse you if you let them. If you tell them you are available 24/7, they will hit you up at 2:00 in the morning, especially if you're in America, and they're in Australia. If you tell them you will drop everything for their success to help them, they will make you do that. They will test you. Don’t be afraid to set boundaries and say, “Okay, if you have issues, we have one, two, three days a week at these times that we can support you. So, make sure that you log in at these times. Here's how you do that."

You've spent the time to become a funnel expert and to learn how the process works. You've got success behind you. You're an entrepreneur. You want to have freedom, Ferraris, and fast-lane living like the entrepreneur dream promises. The last thing you need is to be stuck behind a desk playing tech support.

When you're a startup funnel expert, it’s too easy to get stuck in that reality. Being proactive by scheduling time blocks will give you your time freedom back. “Oh, you got a problem? The next session is on Monday." "Oh, you got a problem? The next session is on Thursday." Your clients will respect it. In fact, they will actually enjoy it because they'll know what to expect in the event they have an issue.

Ultimately, following my process, and setting up designated times for tech support, gives you more open times to prospect new clients. Then before you know it, you will make enough money to scale your business to where you won’t have to be the tech support guy at all. So, if you're out there and you're struggling for time, start structuring your schedule and be proactive with your funnels. It'll change the game for you.
